Guangzhou Nanya Pulp Molding Equipment Co., Ltd. is the first Chinese manufacturer who absorbed advanced technology from abroad and researched and manufactured a full set of pulp molding industrial packaging equipment according to China's national conditions, and is now the vice president of National Packaging Technology Association and Pulp Molding Branch, as well as the executive director of Guangdong Packaging Technology Association and the national pulp molding industry science and technology innovation enterprise. Guangzhou Nanya was founded in 1990 and developed and manufactured the first domestic pulp moulding industrial packaging products production line in 1994. At present, the company has two major production plants, namely Guangzhou R&D center and robot assembly base (Guangzhou Nanya Pulp Molding Equipment Co., Ltd.) and Foshan Machinery Manufacturing Center (Foshan Nanya Environmental Protection Machinery Co., Ltd.), both of which cover an area of about 20,000 square meters and have more than 200 employees each.

Nanya has been focusing on the development of pulp molding and environmental protection for many years, paying deep attention to the research and development of pulp molding technology and production process, while fully learning from the advanced experience of the industry at home and abroad, and is committed to become the world's leading enterprise in the manufacture and production of pulp molding equipment. In recent years, we have cooperated deeply with many institutions/departments in the fields of technology research and development, market operation, etc. It is now the training base of Guangzhou Special Equipment Supervision and Inspection Institute and the internship base of Guangdong University of Technology Automation College. At present, the scale, technical force, production capacity and service level of the company have reached the leading level in the industry, and have a high market share both at home and abroad.

In 2000, Nanya took the lead in passing the "double certification" of quality system certification and product certification by China Packaging Certification Commission, and the product quality was certified and approved by the authority, which is the earliest enterprise passing the "double certification" among the domestic counterparts.

In 2009, we won the first prize of Guangdong Province Science and Technology Progress Award. We have a professional R & D team, specializing in the development of machinery and equipment, molds and production processes. At the same time, Nanya has cooperated with many foreign enterprises and organizations such as South China University of Technology and Guangdong University of Technology to overcome technical difficulties, apply new technologies to pulp molding equipment, and devote to improve the productivity and automation of equipment.
